Official guide by the number of hours reserved.

Professional driver with insurance (if hired).

Cruise terminal pickup/drop-off (transportation included services only)

Tours exclude:

Tickets 

Taxis, metro or bus.

Personal expenses: snacks, drinks, meals, souvenirs…

Pick up/drop off at the airport, or at a hotel in the airport area or on the outskirts.

Bank charges or Paypal.

Medical expenses and insurance.

Tips: they are not mandatory in Spain, but they are welcomed and considered a reward for good service. 

 Cancellations by clients

Any cancellation must be notified by email to maicachacopino@gmail.com or by text message to +34 679948677. 

Refund policy

Depending on the cancellation date, the following refund policy will apply:

– More than four (4) weeks before the date of the tour/excursion, 100% of the payment will be refunded. Except entrance fees.

– Less than two (2) weeks before the date of the tour/excursion, 90% of the payment will be refunded. Except entrance fees.

– One week before the tour: No refunds. We are human and we know that sometimes other important forces can occur. We listen to you and discuss the cancellation to reach a fair agreement. A verification of the reason why the tour was canceled will be requested.-       

No show: No refund. If the customer has not shown up or contacted us, we will consider them as a no-show and no refund will be given. 

*The client will be responsible for the costs/commissions necessary for the transfer of the refund. 

For guided tours of the Sagrada Familia (or another Gaudi site):

– More than two (2) weeks before the tour date, 75% of the payment will be refunded. Except entrance fees.

– Two (2) weeks or less before the tour/excursion date, 0% of the payment will be refunded.

Clients pay the tickets to the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell to the guide on the same day of the tour. We purchase them at least four weeks before the tour date and they are non-refundable in any case.

 Climatic conditions: Our tours are done with sun, clouds, wind and rain. Bad weather is not a reason to cancel a tour.

Circumstances beyond our control: Get2kow-Bcn is not responsible for reduced/cancelled tours due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight delays, ships unable to dock for any reason, strikes affecting itineraries or unscheduled closures. . of tourist sites. Therefore, adequate insurance is recommended. 

OTHERS 

By purchasing a tour and making payment you declare that:       

–        You understand that Get2knowbcn is not the owner of the driver services used. It means that we are not responsible for any negligence or malicious act or default of third parties.·       

–        You have freely decided to purchase a tour and are aware of the risks involved, including, but not limited to:

·       physical efforts for which you are not prepared.

·        forces of nature.

·       transportation problems, whether by car, minivan, bus, subway, on foot or any other vehicle.

·       Consumption of alcoholic beverages

·       Risks associated with allergies, food intolerances or contaminated foods or drinks.

·       Strikes, riots, terrorism; criminal actions.

·       Accident or illness. You are responsible for taking out your own personal insurance policy in the event of injury and/or accidental death while using Get2know-bcn services.

·       Damage to luggage or property, theft, loss or theft.
