A world-renowned artist. He moved to Barcelona when he was 13 and stayed until moving to Paris when he was 19. For that sharp 13 year old boy who came from the deep, old fashioned Spain, modern Barcelona represented an open window to a sophisticated world.
We will stroll through the narrow alleys of the Gothic Quarter and follow Picasso’s steps: the café where he met the bohemian of the time, his studios, his school. The tour will finish visiting Picasso Museum, opened during his lifetime in 1963, under his expressed wish.
You will be amazed, as I was, when, as a girl, I first visited it with my father, another painter.
Join me on this tour to discover Picasso before becoming Picasso.
