The Penedes wine area is located only 30-40 minutes drive away from Barcelona and is home to over 300 wine producers, thus offering a lot to be discovered. The Penedes region is the home of Cava – the Catalan most exported sparkling wine, produced in the traditional method (same as the French Champagne).

We will visit a small traditional family-run winery to find out how wine and Cava are made and taste! With the wine tasting you will have the brilliant opportunity to try some of the best of Catalan delicatessen. 

 Your wine tasting will include a selection of incredible premium cavas, red, whites, roses. Expect to discover not only the tradition of wine and Cava  in Catalonia, but its most recent innovations as well.
